Custom Boot Order Process
I look forward to guiding you through the process of measuring and designing your custom boots—an experience that is both precise and highly personal.
We’ll begin with a brief discussion of your riding discipline and the key considerations that inform both fit and design. For the fitting itself, you’ll need a measuring assistant who is comfortable working at floor level, along with a soft measuring tape marked in centimeters. Please plan to wear breeches and the socks you typically ride in, as this ensures the most accurate measurements.
The measuring portion of the appointment takes approximately 20 minutes. From there, we’ll move into the design phase, which generally requires an additional 20–30 minutes. During this time, we’ll refine every detail—from top design and leather selections to decorative elements such as rhinestones, studs, pearls, and hardware including buckles and straps. If needed, we can also complete a full foot tracing to create a truly custom footbed.
Custom Helmet Order Process
You'll customize your helmet via the Configurator, once completed, it will email you a confirmation of your customizations. You will then forward that PDF to janet@showponyapparelaz.com and we will reach out to you to go over the details and finalize your order.

What boots do you offer?
Show Pony Apparel carries DeNiro Boot Co. made in Italy, with styles available across all equestrian disciplines and a wide range of budgets.
What is the turnaround time for custom boots?
Custom DeNiro boots typically take approximately eight weeks from order to delivery. Please plan accordingly.
Are made-to-measure options available?
Yes. DeNiro offers fully made-to-measure (MTM) customization for both leg and foot.
Do you offer wide or custom footbeds?
Yes. DeNiro offers wide footbed options, and we can also complete a full foot tracing when additional customization is needed.
